Unless otherwise noted, all knives come with what I use to call an “old school” halde, round with a flat face on the blade grins side. Standard wood is imbuia.
I also make a reinforced handle, round with a brass collar. This brass collar proects and reinforces the frontof the hole where the knife tang fits (the most fragile part of the handle) and its an usefull addiction to any model that will see hard use.
And octagonal handles for a very elegant look.
